RACE ACROSS THE WHARFE FUNDRAISER

The IGS Sports council have invited staff to challenge them in a 'Race Across The Wharfe' as part of their 2021/22 fundraiser!
The cohort are looking forward to holding their first in school fundraiser for a few years, hungry for success after last years brilliant virtual ‘Lands End to John O’ Groats’ fundraiser.
The event is taking place in school on rowing machines with a relay style approach. Who can row the furthest, the energetic students or the determined staff?
The final decision on the charity we are supporting is to be selected in a sports council meeting shortly. Watch this space for further details!
