An external visitor will be coming to speak to our Year 9 music students about working in the Music Industry. He is currently a concert promoter and artist liaison officer working across Yorkshire and surrounding areas and has worked with a number of well-known artists including Ed Sheeran.
This is an exciting opportunity for our students to learn more about working in the industry and potential career opportunities.

Moorlands Learning Trust (MLT) was formed on July 1st 2017, when Ilkley Grammar School converted its single academy trust to multi-academy trust (MAT) status. The Skipton Academy joined in 2019 as our first partner academy, and during 2023/24 we welcomed Ashlands Primary, Burley Oaks Primary, Eastburn Primary, Menston Primary and Nidderdale High School.
