Kitty, Emily, Olivia, Bea, Alexandra, Amelia, Iris, Sophie, Charlotte, Ava-Grace, Grace & Holly are our Y7 Girls’ Football Team and have recently been crowned The Leeds Merit League Champions! Well done girls!
Libby has a fantastic attitude to learning and always give 100% effort and commitment in all she does and is always kind a friendly along with way!
Sion has fantastic manners and always makes a conscious effort to consider how other people are feeling showing exceptional Kindness!
Jonah has shown great Pride and Responsibility working exceptionally hard during the mock exam period and supported other students with his knowledge!
Katie, Amy, Isabelle & Edith have been fantastic in their efforts leading wellbeing before half term, they have delivered a set of exceptional assemblies to the rest of the school for National Mental Health Awareness Week!

Hannah & Charlotte volunteered on behalf of IGS at Ilkley Carnival. They raised valuable donations towards funding our Mental Health First Aider training. They were keen, polite and hardworking!
Annabelle is a shining example for our Year 10 students; she has 100% attendance and a huge amount of achievement points – she is absolutely smashing Year 10!
Matilda has been out raising £1133 for charity! A great example of real dedication and Kindness!
James came back into school to collect the 2 Queen bees, plus their accompanying worker and drone bees. This showed tremendous Courage, Kindness and Responsibility!

Haseeb has been a fantastic advocate for the school, he helped show some visitors around our site and did a fantastic job! He demonstrates our values every day, we are immensely proud of him!
Ziad has shown great Resilience and creativity in English. He has recently won a prize for his persuasive writing – a fantastic achievement!
Jack has made huge improvements in all aspects of school and has been working extremely hard!
Lauren has been a superstar during her mock exams, showing Courage and Resilience!
Grace & Harris have been crowned British Schools Gymnastics Champions in the Under 16 mixed pairs ! An incredible achievement!
Alyssa, Eliza, Emily, Heidi, Isla & Zoe came 2nd in the British Schools Gymnastics Championships in the Under 16 groups! Another incredible achievement!

Thomas & Ned have a fantastic attitude to school, they are always respectfully and polite and always push themselves both in class and in extra-curricular!
Thomas has shown great Resilience during his mock exams, getting more and more confident by the day!
Ellis and Katie in their role of Eco-iLeaders delivered 6 sessions to some of our Year 8 form groups on Earth Day telling the story of the Ilkley Clean River Group, they were well organised, well prepared and really confident in their delivery!

Peyton is an outstanding Year 8 student – she has 100% attendance and 0 behaviour points!
Ava has been making huge efforts towards improvements in school, she has done fantastically well!
Jacob has won his award for being an exceptional advocate for Neurodivergent students, he consistently shows Pride, Courage and Responsibility!
Aayan has just been crowned Yorkshire Youth Boxing Champion at 55kg level. A fantastic achievement showing real dedication, Resilience and determinations, we are extremely proud of his efforts!
