Mental Health Awareness Week

12th - 18th May 2025

This week at IGS, we’re celebrating National Mental Health Awareness Week, focusing on the theme of “Community.” 

Across the school, students will be exploring the power of community in their PBT  lessons, reflecting on how belonging, connection, and kindness support our mental health and wellbeing.

Through creative activities and discussions, students will reflect on the communities they feel part of — from friendship groups and sports teams to online spaces and local neighbourhoods — and think about how they can help others feel included and valued.

At IGS, we’re proud to foster a school community where everyone feels seen, supported, and connected.
