STUDENT WELLBEING - YEARS 8 & 9 GIRLS

Recently we distributed free sanitary products in a pretty, yet discreet, bag to all our female students in years 8 and 9 by P.E. staff during their lessons. 

The funding for this has been made available via the phs Group who are working with the Department of Education on their Period Poverty Scheme, supplying free sanitary products for girls.

Whilst we have always made sanitary products available, this budget ensures we have a stock of sanitary products available to any girl at school in need of them, by visiting their hub or contacting their Head of Year.
