Y7: NELL BANK TRIP
The purpose of this day is to help our students meet and get to know their peers as well as developing their confidence and character.
Nell Bank is a fully equipped LEA Outdoor Activities Centre and all activities will be led by qualified instructors. In addition, form tutors and other members of IGS staff will be in attendance.

Equipment
Comfortable clothing that will enable them to climb, crawl and run! Denims are not advisable – track suit bottoms or similar are ideal. A warm top and a waterproof are essential since we will be outside all day, irrespective of the weather, a change of clothes could be a good idea in case! Trainers or walking boots are recommended for footwear. Students will need a morning snack, packed lunch and a drink. We would politely request that nuts and products containing nuts are not packed in lunch boxes. Clothing and food should be carried in a rucksack/school bag along with any medication required.
