CREATIVE ARTS EVENING

Creative Arts Festival7th July 2022

This year's Creative Arts Evening was a wonderful celebration of students' creative work across a range of different departments. Over 150 students were involved in performing, and even more students had their work exhibited during the evening.

The evening started and ended with a concert, showcasing students' work in lessons, in addition to extra-curricular clubs such as Musical Theatre Group, Drama Groups, Choir, Orchestra, Bands and many more. A number of students even performed their own poetry. Our wonderful Backstage group ran the sound, lighting and projections throughout the evening which truly brought the students' performances to life.

Following the concert, there was an exhibition of students Art, Photography, Media and English work across two floors, accompanied by acoustic music, provided by more our talented students. Refreshments were served by the PTA and the Anti-Bullying group who were also selling tasty cakes and copies of their book RESPECT.

A huge well done to all of the students involved, this was a fantastic sell out event and we hope to celebrate even more of our students' creative work at our next Creative Arts Festival on Thursday 6th July and Friday 7th July 2023.
