If you wish to make a claim please follow these instructions:

  • If Your iPad is broken: Please login to the relevant Scheme below to fill in a claim form and provide photos.
  • If Your iPad has been stolen: Please login to the relevant Scheme below to fill in the claim form. You will need a crime reference number from the police.
  • If your iPad is lost: There is no insurance coverage through loss. Please email: and we may be able to assist to locate it. However, it is our experience that after persistent searching it is often found!

Year 8 or 9 Scheme: Submit a claim with FreedomTech here

If you are unsure about this or didn’t get your iPad through one of the schemes please email with your name and we will advise you on what to do next.

 Note during the Coronavirus Lockdown

Please be aware that the whole iPad repair process is dependent on several external companies to function, these are Insurance, couriers and repair shops. One or all of these may not be able to complete their assignment at any one time so the repair process may slow or halt all together. If this happens we will do what we can to facilitate and help the process but we are limited in what we can do.

We will not be in a position to loan or sell any iPads during this time of closure however most of the apps that students need can be accessed on any Apple or Google mobile device or on a web browser on any computer or laptop. The exceptions primarily are the Apple only Apps GarageBand and iMovie.
