IPAD INSURANCE CLAIM
If you wish to make a claim please follow these instructions:
- If Your iPad is broken: Please go to https://edenrepaircentre.co.uk/edenschemeclaims/
The schemes covered are as follows:
- Years 7-9
- Years 10-11 are only covered if the iPad was part of the Year 10 refresh scheme. The iPad purchased as part of the original 7-9 scheme are no longer covered. If part of the refresh scheme, go to https://edenrepaircentre.co.uk/edenschemeclaims/
- If Your iPad has been stolen: Please go to https://edenrepaircentre.co.uk/edenschemeclaims/ once you have a police crime number.
- If your iPad is lost: There is no insurance coverage through loss. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to assist to locate it. However, it is our experience that after persistent searching it is often found.
If you are unsure about this or didn’t get your iPad through one of the schemes please email email@example.com with your name and we will advise you on what to do next.
