Curriculum Overview

Students can also select the Events Management course which develops an insight into the food industry and Hospitality sector. Progression into Key Stage 4 includes the GCSE in Food Preparation and Nutrition and the Vocational Hospitality and Catering. By studying Food students are well equipped for taking further steps in working in the Food Industry or further study at College leading onto the many University courses and Apprenticeships available.

In KS4 IGS offering the Hospitality and Catering BTEC award which is assessed through a combination of coursework, practicals and an exam.
